About the event

Tai Chi is a gentle meditative practice accessible to all. Using martial art movements, the practice is conducted standing up and can be modified for all user levels. Please join us as we slow our minds and reconnect to our hearts. You will not be disappointed!


Aimo Javier is a Senior Instructor with Zhong Ding International and has been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong since 2009. His approach is gentle and grounded, helping students find balance, calm, and strength through mindful movement. With a focus on healing and energy awareness, he makes these traditional practices accessible and meaningful for all.


Classes will be held each Friday at 10am sharp. Please arrive 15 minutes before to pay and chat and chat with other women. Held at Clarkes Beach Parkland, next to Clarkes Beach carpark, near the sea kayaks. Park in carpark or along Lawson Street. Cost is $20 cash, to be…
