Kieran works at Herbal Wisdom in Bangalow and is dealing with many cases of the cold and flu this year. He would like to assist women in our community with some information which they can use for themselves or for others in their family.

This workshop using Kinesiology and Neuro training principals is designed to help you recuperate and prevent colds and flus from happening. With lymphatic drainage, reflexes and easy to apply methods, gives the nervous system better neurological options , and assists in relieving congestion and pain. Includes an introduction to using muscle testing. The workshop will also cover  the different types of nutrition that help with colds and flus and the dosages that are usally appropriate. The applications are simple and easy to learn with a maunal provided.
