About the Event
Welcome back to 6 weeks of strength and fitness with Brent. It will be a solid six weeks of gaining strength and building lean muscle, which is great for all movement and fitness goals. We will be focusing on the correct techniques to prevent injury as well as using your own body weight to create resistance and strength. The experiences you acquire in this block of training will give you the skills and knowledge you need to continue your exercising at home. In our next six week block we will step up into a little more cardio focus and increase your strength. Please bring a yoga mat/towel and a water bottle. Minimum number required for this class to run. This 6 week block commences on Wednesday 13th January and will conclude on Wednesday 24th Feb. Classes are paid upfront for the 6 week program.
