This is a group program for women interested in exploring mindfulness and different ways of healing ourselves. It will be facilitated by Linda Antonsson, a breathwork practitioner, and guided breath will be an integral part of this program. We’ll be looking at different forms of breathing and what it can do for you mentally, physically and emotionally. It will give you hands on tools to understand yourself better and become more connected with your inner truth so you can live a life in congruence with your heart. There will be guaranteed laughs and playfulness too. Held from 9.30am - 12noon over four consecutive Tuesday mornings in Suffolk Park. No experience necessary except a willingness to be open and explore your emotions.
