Breathwork with Linda Antonsson.

Breathwork is a form of healing that helps you resolve the feelings underlying the issues that cause problems in our lives. Through the breath you are taught to open and relax into feelings that we have been suppressing. Breathwork can heal and release your past so you can live with heartfelt connections and in congruence with your heart.  The sessions will be held on three consecutive Sunday mornings in Suffolk Park.  Each session will be for 3 hours.  This is a hands-on course where you will take it in turns with other participants, holding space for each other and participating in the actual breathwork.  Limited to 4 women only.
